Every month we will publish our release notes so you can discover Lugor's new features and improvements, which every customer subscribed to updates receives.
Major projects were carried out in May 2026 and shipped in June on Lugor.
We worked on significant features:

  • better management of your site in several languages
  • a richer style library (doubled in size)
  • improved text readability
  • stronger and additional safeguards for integrating AI assistants with Lugor

1. Multilingual management of your Lugor site

This is the big project of the month. You can now offer your entire site in several languages with ease.

All content can be translated: titles, descriptions, menus, footer, reassurance texts, image descriptions and more. Every visible element can exist in every language.

One clearly separate version per language: pages, articles and categories each have a distinct version per language. Each language has its own content, with no mixing.

A single place to manage translations: from a page or an article, one Language versions panel lets you switch from one language to another and create the missing ones. You always know which version you are editing.

A redesigned language selector on the visitor side, available in the header, the footer and the mobile menu. Understated, flag-free and accessible to screen readers.

A head start: you can initialize a new language from an existing version, so you don't start from a blank page.

Well ranked in every language: search engines correctly identify the different language versions of a same page, which strengthens your international visibility.

2. A richer visual style library

Your site can take on a bolder visual identity thanks to nine new styles, from the most understated to the most spectacular.

Five light, material-based moods: pearlescent, iridescent, frosted glass, lacquer and velvet finishes, for elegant, polished sites.

More saturated variants for those who want a bolder, more colorful look.

These styles apply everywhere: feature sections, banners, cards, carousels, tabs, headings and buttons stay consistent whichever style you choose.

Accessibility guaranteed: every style meets the most demanding contrast level, so that text stays perfectly readable for everyone.

3. More readable, better formatted text

Subtle improvements that change how the quality of a site is perceived.

- Automatic French typography: the spaces before question marks, exclamation marks and colons, as well as quotation marks, are formatted automatically according to French rules. You have nothing to manage.

- Better balanced lines: headings and intro texts now avoid single words left alone at the end of a line, for more pleasant reading.

4. A better integrated, safer AI assistant via MCP

The AI assistant that can create and edit your site's content gains maturity.

- A unified, standard connection: the integration now runs through a single standardized channel, which makes it simpler, more stable and compatible with the leading assistants on the market.

- Controlled permissions: the assistant acts only within the scope it is allowed. Each of its actions is recorded in an audit log, for full transparency on what was done, by whom and when.

- Manageable AI bot tracking: you stay in control of how AI bots access your site, directly from your settings, with no technical work.

5. SEO improvement: dedicated search results logo

- Dedicated logo for search results: you can now set a specific logo for how your organization appears in Google, separate from the logo used on the site. A detail that improves how you appear in the results

6. Cybersecurity: stronger security and reliability

A stronger core platform that protects your data and your visitors' data.

- Hardened entry points: the services that receive data (forms, analytics) have been reinforced and reject any suspicious request by default.

- Automatic cleanup of old data: technical tracking data is deleted automatically after a defined period, in line with data protection best practices.

- Complete isolation between sites: each site remains fully sealed off. No information from one site can end up on another.

Key takeaways

  • A multilingual site from end to end: one version per language for every page, article and category, managed from a single panel.
  • Nine additional visual styles, from the most understated to the boldest, applied to all components without sacrificing accessibility.
  • French typography (spaces, quotation marks) formatted automatically, with nothing to set up.
  • An AI assistant refocused on a standard channel, limited to its scope and traced in an audit log.
  • A reinforced security core: hardened entry points, automatic purge of tracking data, complete isolation between sites.

Frequently asked questions

Glossary

Multilingual site
A site where every piece of visible content exists in several languages, with its own editorial version per language rather than a machine translation layered on top. The hreflang markup then tells search engines which version to serve based on the visitor's language.
Visual style
A consistent set of colors, materials and effects applied in one go to all of a site's components, to give it an identity without adjusting each element one by one.
AI assistant
A tool that can create and edit your site's content in natural language. Since May, it connects to Lugor through a single standardized channel (often called MCP, Model Context Protocol), compatible with the leading assistants on the market.
Audit log
A timestamped record of every action and its author. On Lugor, it traces the AI assistant's interventions, for complete transparency on what was changed, by whom and when.
